Mental Health Nature Walk
A 2-hour guided nature walk that blends adventure, history, and deep presence.
We’ll explore trails alongside scientists that are usually not open for public exploration. The place offers sweeping views of the forest canopy.
We will walk through centuries old rocks, forest area, and open clearings where the city fades into the background.
Along the way, we will engage in simple sensory grounding practices:
🪵Feel the texture of bark and stone under your fingers
🦜Listen to the sounds of birds and wind
🍂Breathe in the scent of dry earth and wild herbs
Sense your feet meeting the ancient path
These moments of quiet attention create an experience that is simultaneously invigorating and restorative: the challenge of the climb and uneven terrain, the curiosity of discovering hidden corners of Aravalli Biodiversity, and the steadying effect of moving slowly and noticing deeply.
Carry a bottle of water with you and come ready to walk, climb, listen, and return a little more grounded than when you began.
